Like many here on the board, I am new at this. I’ve been wondering however how to find motivated sellers in a market where housing inventory is low and the average time a property stays on the market is 2 to 3 weeks. Here in Central/Northern NJ, most properties sell at or above the asking price with multiple offers creating a bidding war.
I am struggling with finding sellers who are willing to accept carry backs and seller financing under these conditions.
Any suggestions on innovative techniques?
