Can anyone get the report “How to lower your house payment”?
I also have $7000 in home equity I would like to use. Would it be better to invest and hold or start a note buisness?

How to finance paper - Posted by John Behle

There is an article just above on how to finance paper, plus many of the posts here contain some additional information about financing.

I look for someone with cash, cash poorly invested, equity or a real estate investor with cash flow problems. I teach them about “Equity Arbitrage” and how they can borrow against some of their properties and invest at a higher rate in paper to increase their cash flow.

Frequenting investor groups and “Exhange” meetings can lead to some of these equity rich and cash poor individuals. I also provide a special report titled “How to Lower Your House Payment” that I created that details this “Equity Arbitrage” and how they can actually lower their house payment and pay their house off early at the same time.

Financial planners can be a good resource, yet many of them are geared towards some fairly large referal fees or commissions, so it is hard to make it work. I mentioned how we work with Pension Services in another post. Many corporate pension plans also invest in paper. We had one years ago that made “Wheat Grinders”. They bought paper with their internal pension fund. Another was with a title company. Some teacher’s pension funds invest in paper.
