I’ve found a number of Vacant properties boarded up, I’ve searched the addresses online for the owners mname and address, what I’m looking for now is a sample letter to write to the owners to let them know that i am interested in buying their home any one have any ideas to share. Still searching for first deal… I’d also like to post a congratulations to a friend of mine for completing his first flip. The Closing is next week!!!
