Well, did it!did my first lonny deal and it was sweet.total out lay 3,100. 7300 sold 2k cash down and 340 payments @12% until paid. Have dow coming and can’t wait. had to have buyers pay sales tax when getting title so had to adjust down accordingly. Talked to a person in line at DMV and he does this same stuff. Has done 34 deals in marion county, FL and never had a problem 1. As long as taxes are paid, they could care less. Eveyone behind the counter knows him by name and he tells me if i find a deal too large for me , we can j.v. Are there a BUNCH of people doing this? One more note, he says if the first looker buys the home, i am selling too cheap. 1985 fleetwood 2/1 14X 62. bought for 2260 put in 770 in carpet and tile and 60 for ad. Had nice w/d in it too. Tried for More?
Please help!
Greg

340 per month @ 12% until paid off. Note is for 5300. Still don’t know how to use my calculator so left how many payments blank until i get dow. Hopefully i will be more prepared for a home i look at tomorrow…folks coming from GA to show it…1978 2/2 12’ wide. Lot rent is 160 per month and they are motivated. Asking 3500 will offer 1500 cash. This home is in the same park as above, and i tailored payments to the couple…340 to me 160 to park. Had over 70 calls on the home b4 i could pull ad.

looks more like 17 months to me. NT - Posted by Kyle WY
