I DO NOT recommend it. It contains very little information that is of any value. The ad for the course lists the different sections contained in the material, one that caught my eye was “Section 4: How to Protect Your Assets as You Build Your Portfolio of Properties”, sounds like it would contain very useful info well ALL it contains is 7 pages of how your lawyer should be billing you so you can deduct his bill from your taxes. If after you have read the material and you want to go back and look something up GOOD LUCK. There is no index, Table of Contents or page numbers, so be prepaired to flip page by page to try to locate a tidbit of info.
