Look for Contractors that specialize in remodeling. I believe there is an Association of Contractors which could supply you a list. I am not exactly sure where to get it, but you might want to start with government agencies, since they all have to be bonded and insured.

I just put a fire damaged property under contract because it seemed to good to pass up. My problem is - I don’t know where to begin to locate an investor that specialized in this type of renovation to flip it to. Where should I begin my search for an investor?

Run an ad in the news paper that will attract investor. (Investors take note. fire damaged home thousand below market value…) Your phone will ring off the hook. Have questions prepared to screen the want to bees from the real investors with cash or resources.
