Cindy if you have it under contract it doesn?t matter if they take their signs down or not! Until you fail to perform on the contract no one can go around you. Let him leave his signs up and send you the buyers.

Ok I have a house 1-2 bedrooms $60,000 price asking.But seller will go lower. No comps done Yet.Zoned for comercial property or can be either residential.Sellers are willing to sign a sales contract $ 10.00 ernist deposit. My questions is do they have to take there signs down in order for me to sell it? Or can they leave them up? Also seller had it on the market with century 21 at $80,000 house did not sell for that price 12month period. Now fsbo. Nice house nice area.Any Suggestions???
