Well for those of you who read my previous post in reference to this nutty sister that ran off with the title and regerstration. I went back this morning and went with the seller to the courthouse and filed for a duplicate title and registration. She signed and both items are in my name now.
As for her nutty sister, the sheriff has a warrent out for her. Apperently, stealing a title here in Florida is a felony. So, on the way back I had insurance issued on this mobile home, just in case Miss. Nutcase returned.
Oh yea, while I’m on the subject, when I buy a mobile home, do I put hazard insurance for the length of time that I am in control?
Well. its time to find number two. After I get fitted for a bulletproof vest that is. I never thought this would be so much fun and exciting.
