My parents and I are considering purchasing a MHP. My parents own a home and two businesses. I own two homes. The owner of the park is out-of state and looking to retire. The park has 80 units. The owner is looking for $200,000 down then he will hold a mortgage. We have just started to look into this deal. What are some creative ways to come up with the financing? We have a few ideas such as taking a second mortgage on one of their businesses; however, we would like to look at all our options first. How do we come up with the $200,000?
