Just a quick suggestion-
I wouldn’t use the Sheets contracts if I were you. There have been several posts over the past year about the controversial clauses within. So, before I did anything, I would have my contracts prepared and reviewed by an attorney so I would be ready to jump on any property I encountered. In addition, an addendum sheet to attach to a realtor’s contract is good to have ready.
I’m finishing up Carlton Sheet’s course and am anxious to launch this boat. My big question-what things do I need to have lined up to start? I know he mentions establishing credit with a bank but what else? Did anyone place a “ghost ad” so that you would have potential house renters lined up even though you already “rented” the house in the ad?
