I came across a property and i am not sure if it will be a good investment in creating a positive cash flow. I need help in writing up an offer that will benefit the seller as well as myself. He has a condo in a nice area and he wants all cash for it…I did a little research and it looks like he may be selling it a little under the fair market value. He owes about $65K and he is selling it for $229k or best offer…will someone please give me some advice on how to make a good offer on this property or at least let me know whether or not it is a good investment.
