This a.m. you were referred to me by Bob Becker in PA.
We are searching for funding on a fixer in Gardena, CA that was put under contract yesterday, and were told by Bob that you may be able to help.
The numbers are as such:
After Repaired Value = 240-250k
Repairs estimated at = 20-25k
Purchase Price = 155k
45 day Escrow
Can you help us with this?
Our plan is to fix it and retail it.
It is in Los Angeles - South Bay area.
