One (OK, three) final question for the road.
#1) What do I need to put in my initial offer so that I can show the property to MY buyer for his inspection?
#2) How do I handle seller objections to giving me unrestricted access, particularly when asking for a key or combination to the lock box?
#3) How do I prevent and/or handle contact between my seller and my buyer (i.e., the investor to whom I’m going to flip the property?)
