You guys are getting me in trouble (lol) I have had 4 wholesale lenders that told me that I was going to jail if I keep practicing this type of transcations. I had a Client that Has a sweet deal but lack CASH (like most of us) He wanted to do a SIMULTANIOUS transcation but the lender said know way jose. Does anyone know of a lender LICENSED IN FLORIDA that would do this type of transcation. He does not want to do a NOTE type transcation just a regular flip. My lenders are saying DISCLOSE TO EVERYONE AND THAT INCLUDES PROFITT if we did that all deals would go south.
