“Flipping” houses is legal everywhere! What IS illegal are paying appraisers to overappraise, giving false info to the bank, having straw buyers, doing false seconds that are forgiven, having bogus downpayments, and any other underhanded thing an evil mind can think of.
It is the greedy dopes that ruin this great business, causing Big Brother to breathe down the necks of HONEST investors. If you do the business honestly, legally, and ethically, you will PROSPER!
