You can become an associate member of MLS and get the solds. You can also look at enough properties that you will learn values. Things like homeradar.com will give you some guide. The appraisal district websites will also.

Whatever you do, do not go to AIREO this Thursday. Do not network with any of the other investor at our Monday lunch. Only call me when you have a deal.

I have just completed Steve Cook’s course on Wholesale/Flipping properties. I’m really interested in getting started, and want to know if there is anyone living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth are using his techniques. Has anyone found an attorney/title company that will work with us using these techniques?

I also noticed that in Texas we are not able to do comparables on the internet because this is a “private” state. Does anyone know how to get around this problem without always bugging real estate agents?

I will appreciate any help.
Sincerly,

What did you think about the Steve Cook course. I am trying to decide between Cook or Bronchick for flipping.
