Look at the books available for purchase on this site for flipping. There are many…and they are all good.
Also, look at some of the success stories posted here.

I have the Carleton Sheets program, read it but have not acted on it (my own fault,scared of getting in over my head,losing my house or assets), but flipping properties to wholesalers sounds like low or should I say lower risk than other ways at this time. Does anyone have any sound advice or recomend any litature from this wonderful sight. Thanks for all your help in advance, Don
