The “How TO” articles here, and anything you can get your hands on Regarding “flips”.
You DO NOT need to have money, or qualify for a mortgage to “flip” wholesale, only Retail, and even then, only sometimes.
My advice, Read “Jackies, Quick Flip primers, 1 and 2”.
They can be found in the “How to” article section of this site.
Also, goto amazon.com or here, and buy Ron Legrands Book, “Fast Cash, with Quick Turn Real Estate”.
Then, join the rest of us who are doing the “flip” thing.
