that is the entire purpose of the option. it wraps the property up until you can find a buyer. if no buyer is found, then you can just move on to the next deal unless you have an interest in it for yourself. flipping is my entire purpose for doing straight options, althoug i wil admit that i dont do them on a normal basis.
to do the L/O sale you either need to get the seller to agree to that or you need to purchase it yourself then do the L/O with the end buyer.
