This is my first post here. I am thinking of buying fixer uppers, doing the work myself and reselling. I am a self-employed contractor with some experience in all the trades but good experience in painting,electrical and carpentry. Anyone here do this full time? I would be doing this in the Cinn. Ohio area. All comments, advice, etc. would be appreciated.
