I always recommend a purchase agreement when buying and selling property. The information on the forms helps you to protect your purchase and helps with disclosure. If anything every went south and you ended up in court the judge would be more comfortable with a purchase agreement.

I just getting in the world of flipping properties. My question is would I use the same contract (i.e real estate purchase contract) to purchase the property from the seller and use same type to sell property to a buyer? Would an assignment work better? Thanks for any suggestion…
