I recommend that you work with a successful experienced real estate investor who can show you the ropes. Attending a real estate investors club will help you to network with some good people. Of course you will need to connect with people and establish some good relationships before knowing who you can really count on for assistance. Things are very tough on anyone starting out alone in this or any business. I wish you the best.

Can someone please provide me with some pointers? I just found a couple of abandoned houses. I’m in the process of trying to locate the owners, and lining up my investors. I have no idea where to get the option contract, nor what extra clauses to put in it,etc. Obviously, this is my first deal and I really don’t want to screw it up. I appreciate any and all suggestions.
