I wanted to know. If I lock up a bargin property with a small down payment and I then locate a buyer for that property how do I get the deed from the seller to give to the new buyer if I won’t have the money to buy the property until the new buyer gives it to me? Am I assigning my interest to him?
Also if someone has a assignment of benificial interest form they could mail or email it to me and I’d be most grateful.
email is parfives@excite.com

Hi Greg,
The object is to close simutaneously. Use your new buyers money to buy with. Plus you get to take home the difference minus a few closing costs.Make sure you give yourself enough time to do this (at least 45 days to feel comfy)If you can talk the owner in to creating a note to your new buyer, then you can purchase the note from owner using the new buyers money and THEY pay all closing. (My favorite kind of deal)
Chris
