Try looking on E-Bay. They have some good deals. I have LeGrand’s Fast Cash with Quick Turn. It’s a smaller course, but good nonetheless.

I’m interested in learning how to flip properties. Which course do you recommend to read or take???

I have read some of the archives… It seems that both
Ron Legrand and Bill Bronchick are the favorites.

Since money is a factor and I can’t afford to purchase both
I would appreciate any advise you give me or any other suggestions as to other courses that I can take
