How do you go about showing property to perspective buyers when you only have a contract?I know i wouldn’t buy a property without seeing the inside.

You enter into an assignable contract with the seller which includes the right for you to show the property. The seller understands you’re doing a flip.
By definition, a flip is where you have a seller, you find a buyer, and you go to one closing. Obviously you have to show it in the meantime.

You’ve covered 2 different things in one thought. You can get in before you se the inside. On flips you are usually closing pretty darn quick, then you let the buyers in.
