Dan,
Your application is on my desk. I would like to tell you that we haven’t had it a week.
It was sent 1/30/02 which was Wednesday. I would hardly call that a week.
The reason it’s on my desk is because you already have a good rate and no room for a consolidation. You also have only owned the property for 6 months, so even if you had room, you wouldn’t be able to utilize the equity it at this time.
I’m going to call you right after this post.
