Actually, the beach is for jogging, not sitting, and I’m doing a whole lot more than dreaming about pre-foreclosures at the moment. We are hitting it HARD.
Check out the weather channel. That big system hitting the central coast? They think it’s a storm system but they’re wrong. . . it’s me kicking up dust.

Don’t sweat it . . . I get the “Frasier” thing all the time, but mostly with the older crowd who remember the Kaiser/Fraiser Car Company.
