In a old post you made on www.nonthingdown.com you mentioned the deal you had with Tammie Gilman at First American Real Estate Services. They would waive the $250 sign up fee and cost $59 dollars per month for one hour online service. Today I tried the call her to receive “Joe’s Deal”. Much to my disappointment, Tammie’s answering machine informed me that she is no longer working for First American Real Estate Services and went on to give me another contact person’s number to call if I want get in touch with FARES.
Is “Joe’s Deal” still available through FARES? If so, Do you have contact info?

We will have all new info for the FARES deal soon (I’m negiating right now for even better terms). It’ll be up on my site when we flip the switch next week.
