That is more than enough to get started. What part of the country are you in and how does your credit look, honestly? A lot of people say good until they actually look at it.
If it’s not so good you need to find a hard money source in your area. It’s not hard to do so don’t worry.
What price range are you looking to start in and with what type of properties?
How much do you expect to make per deal?
How much time do you plan on putting into this?
Are you serious about doing this?
