Of course it is a realitic goal.One suggestion however, I would save 200 dollars and buy Russ Whitney’s book Building Wealth first, it cost 14 dollars and could probably do the same for you.

I am going to purchase this course but I have a question. I want to use it for wealth building and not really flipping and such. I want to purchase a vacation/person place in flordia and have a managemenet company take care of it for me. I will then use the equity in that to purchase other houses for cash flow. Is this a realist goal?
