What is the best way to find forclosures in Fl. It seems like the best deals always get taken by the people who

Chad,
Try negotiating with the owners BEFORE the banks or RE agents get involved. Until the foreclosure sale occurs, the owner still has control of the property.
Your county recorder’s office will contain a list of foreclosure notices for your area. This list may be on-line for your own access, you could make a trip to the courthouse to create your list, or you might be able to buy it from a service.
