I am trying to break into foreclosures but I dont know how to find the people who are only a couple months out other than in multiple local newspapers.

IS there any consolidated source so i dont have to look at this newspaper then that one then another one. \

Foreclosure Rep. of Chicago only does Not of Def which is 6-10 months before a sale so those people just arent motivated enough.

What are you trying to do rehab or flip. If your looking to rehab I’ve found a company with a nice supply of homes that need rehabbing at a good price.

It’s called Discount Properties Inc. They pick up homes from the auction and sell them with good terms. My partner and I are looking to make around $30K off this deal.
