wholesale/retail cash flow system
lease option " " "
For sale by owner " " "
the wholesale/retail has very good chapters on foreclosures.
I 've heard that you can get these for a total of $997.
as apposed to $599. each. I’m not sure where though.

Anyone have advice on a basic foreclosure course? I’m just learning and am considering Joe Kaiser’s course. HOwever, his summary of the course specifically mentions it is NOT a beginner course. Should I still purchase?? Any other ideas??
Thanks.

My husband and I have bought and studied several(I don’t even want say how many.)BUT.The one we find the easiest to understand and the one that is TRULY motivating is Ron La Grand. He is to the point about everything. He tells it like it is and tells you WHY.Everyone tells you how but if you don’t know why it’s almost impossible to understand any of the techniques. Listening to him speak on his tapes gets you so psyched up you want to jump in your car and write offers all day long.(Which,by the way is what you SHOULD be doing.)We think it’s by far the best course we’ve found.Yes he has chapters on foreclosures.
Best of luck to you.
