To those of you who pull the files at the courthouse to pick the cherries…what software do you use, if any? I’d love to have Joe’s but I’m too independent to be an associate. Would contact management software work for this? Any suggestions…

Shark Bait is also a great one, dial up the county records, download the files into your computer, filter out the ones with little equity and analyze the rest, a major time saver!
