Greetings,
Anybody out there familiar with or a member of this organization (www.foreclosurefreedom.com)? I have run into one of their members as competition on a particular property. I’d like to know whether their program has any special attractions to a seller versus the “standard” approaches. From what the seller is telling me about my opponent, it sounds somewhat fishy, but she may just not understand it well enough.
I searched the archives with no success, so any help is greatly appreciated!
