I’ve found too many good deals at once (believe it or not).The’re are four pre-foreclosure deals with at least 35,000 profit after rehab to be made on each. I have enough on my line of credit for two of them but not for the other two. I have less than a month until the foreclosure sale, where I know there will compitition in the bidding. My regalur partners are extended with hardly any liquid cash. Its too late for financing or refinancing, unfortunately assuming the notes is not an option either and I’ve tried to find more partners with no luck yet! Does anybody have any ideas, PLEASEEEE!!!

If you haven’t already,write a contract on them with a small deposit, because one of others will probably fall apart.
