I have a friend whose home is about to go into foreclosure. It is a 2 family home. One 2bdrm and one 3bdrm. She is willing to let the house go as her mother is ill and financially she is strapped. Refinancing is not an option as she has tried and not been able to qualify as she has had a pretty rough couple of years and just can’t seem to get herself out of this rut. Any suggestions on how she could get out of this house without any further damage to her credit. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If any info on the home is needed I can get it just email me with what you need to know.
