Jason, please do a search here on foreclosures. I think you’ll find plenty of information on these types of services.

I believe the general consensus of opinion is they are good at providing old data. Your best bet if you want to get to people in foreclosure early in the “game” is go do your own research at the courthouse. That way you’ll find who is in foreclosure the same day the information is filed, not 30-60 days later.

Has anyone tried any of the Foreclosure Internet services, such as www.foreclosuretown.com? Some of them cost quite a bit and it’s hard to tell how up-to-date and reliable their information is.
