I tried it about a year ago. It was a waste of money. The information was 6 to 9 months old. The people they told you to call, were irritated that I woulld call them on old deals. Sometimes you got the magazine, sometimes not. They always had an excuse. I tried them to get information that they said wasn’t available locally. Another lie. I asked for my money back and never got it. PROMISES.

I saw an ad on TV for “Foreclosure Magazine” but they want ALOT of money for it. Has anyone here bought it, and if so, is it worth the money? They have a web page, “foreclosuremagazine.com” Im new to real estate, are foreclosures a good way to invest? Do they take alot of time? And is your credit a big issue when trying to make purchases?
