OK here is somthing for all you note-no-it-alls.
found someone in pre-forclosure, can I ask the mortgage holder to exchange with a similar note, well seasoned, of same or greater value(that I aquire for cheap!)and if so do all the penelties and fees still have to be paid, I assume that they wouldn’t.many more questions on similar subject. thanks in advance
