I just purchased the Carleton Sheets program yesterday and I have not recieved it yet. Hours after I purchased it I was talking with a friend that said his mom has a house with a note for $86,000. She is a couple months behind on the mortgage, Lost her job a couple months ago, doesn’t have any equity in the home, wants to continue to live there. What would you do??
