My opinion of paying for REO lists is not very high. A realtor can get that off the MLS for free. Or you can go to HUD.gov and look at new hud properties for free. I like free. As for foreclosure lists, I subscribe to fls.com, but they are not nation-wide. You can also get lists of houses up for foreclosure from your Title company. They generally have a list of houses with NOD’s posted at the courthouse.

Hello, I am looking to get into the real estate investment game, and was wondering if anyone has ever used any of the websites that are out there to find foreclosure or REO properties. There are tons of them out there, and any input on if they work and which ones are best would be great. Thanks!
