I have had VERY unsavory dealings with Foreclosure World in the past. My experience has been that they pull listings off the HUD/VA list which are available free in your area, then turn around and charge an arm and a leg for their service.
For what it is worth, I’d steer clear.

Hi all,
Has anyone used services such as these? I know there are several out there to choose from. I just got an email from this one saying that this is my last 48 hours to be put on the ‘priority alert’ list to be notified before anyone else of properties in or about to be in foreclosure. I just want some feedback so I can make sure I am not missing out on a good opportunity.
