Has anyone in the New York City area subscribed to the “Foreclosure Update” listing service?
It’s not cheap and I’d like some input on its quality and accuracy if possible before I pay for it.

I have never subscribed to any REO listing services,
which is what I think the Foreclosure Update Listing
Service is.
In my opinion, these REOs will be long gone (at
least the good ones) by the time they receive the
information, compile and sort it, print it, distribute
it and you aquiring it.
