I read on here that some of the websites that will form LLC’s or incorp for you
are not good ideas, like legalzoom, etc. But I here that company corporation
@ www.corporate.com is the way to go. Alot of investors use it I hear. If
anyone has any info or experience please let me know.

Thanks
Adrian

My advise is to discuss your situtation with a CPA and or an attorney as to which enity you need.
Bill Bronchick’s material is great and walks you step by step. I have used it to set up 2 LLC’s and a corp.
It was alot cheaper than my local attorneys charge. The good thing is you can use it over and over again. It is also state specfic and includes all 50 states.

Are you referring to bills courses on this site, or the ones from his
own site. I think its the same but I want to make sure.

They are the same course. I believe you might get a discount on price thru CRE. I bought the whole package about 2 years ago. My thoughts; THE BEST INVESTMENT I EVER MADE. It has saved me thousands.

Darn I sound like a salesman, don’t mean to be.
