I am looking for the Formula for calculating the Yield on a loan, when financing for someone else (the kind Lonnie uses in his book about selling mobile homes) – I know the financial calculator will do it, but I want the actual formula to put in my computer. Does anyone know it? You math people??

When you say “put it into my computer”, what program would you be putting it into ? Excel and lotus and financial functions in them to do whatever you want
