I just thought I would share a great book I found on corporations.
It is called “Taking Care of Your Corporation” Volume 1 by Anthony Mancuso. It helped me figure out a few questions on had on my corporation, best of all this book came with the forms on disk and a step by step guide on how to fill them out.
I just checked mine out at the library. You might want to do the same. Now this does not show you how to actually start a corp, but it does help to simplify the paperwork and meetings.
