If you found a good home with broken windows and the inside was empty what would you do?

I found the owner name and I’ve got the phone number. Person must have left recently because the phone rings but there’s no answer.

Monday I plan to talk to neighbors for info.

Any help in the matter would be great.

Could’nt wait till monday, called 6 surrounding homes, found out owner comes by twice a week, lives nowhere near the home. It’s just sitting, neighbors said it’s been vacant for 4 years. WOW!

What should I do now?

I’d keep an eye on it for a few months. If it was still empty after a few months I would investigate further.
