Hi Investors:
I have found a multi family HUD home in my area in NY for 60k. It says bids have to be in by Monday at 11:59PM. Can anyone give me specifics on what to do next as I’ve never ventured with HUD homes. Once we put in the bid do we have to immediately give them the whole 60k can we only put down a deposit?? How does this all work??? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ray: you have to make your offer through an agent. Check on the hud website for an agent near you. They can answer all your questions about the deposit and the bid process. Kristine
