Hi, I found a fourplex in Utah selling for 190,000. One of the units is empty the rental for each unit is 785.00. Now my question is how should I approach her so that I don’t have to use any money down. I don’t want to use my money the prperty is fairly new. I have not been able to talk to her, but I want to be prepared, please any advise will be appreciated. This would be my first investment!
